Roseville was recently ranked the number one city to raise a family…in large part due to a thriving school system where more than 93% of its high school students graduate each year. As summer is coming to an end and we get ready for a new school year, let’s take a look at the top rated schools in our community according to GreatSchools.org.
Stoneridge Elementary School – 2501 Alexandra Dr.
Test scores, year-over-year improvement, and how well they serve disadvantaged students are well above average for this school when compared to other schools in the state. This school is best known for having a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) focus, enrichment, and family atmosphere.
Junction Elementary School – 2150 Ellison Dr.
In addition to well above average scores, this school has a higher rate of students from different races/ethnicities, 100% of teachers are certified and have 3+ years of experience, and disadvantaged students at this school are performing far better than other students in the state.
Barbara Chilton Middle School – 4501 Bob Doyle Dr.
This school is known for its college-career ready education and safe environment. In addition to their above average scores (for state testing, year-to-year, disadvantage, etc.), Chilton also touts having smaller class sizes to teachers with a 22:1 ratio (this means more individual attention for your child).
Woodcreek High School – 2551 Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard
