A national consulting firm for corporate site selection has identified Roseville as a top choice for a company seeking a new back-office spot.
Costs in Roseville are significantly lower than many other suburban California cities, particularly those favored by office users in Silicon Valley.
Compared to Silicon Valley, Boyd said, Roseville is 10 percent cheaper in overall costs. The Boyd Company compared employee, utility, tax and associated costs for a presumed 125,000-square-foot administrative “back office” with 500 workers.View Full Article
